At Italian Aroma we understand that after sales service is crucial to our clients needs, and with this in mind we employ our own trained espresso machine technicians.

This allows us to attend to any coffee machine issues at a day and time which suits our customers. We pledge to our clients to respond within 24 hours of a service call, and in the unlikely event where a machine can not be repaired on site, then a service machine is offered to keep our clients in business.

Finally we understand that if you are not selling coffee then we are losing sales into your account.
