We have vast experience in the supply and repair of commercial coffee machines, and we employ our own dedicated espresso machine technicians. This allows us to give our clients a faultless quick and professional friendly service which includes:
- Our engineers carry a large stock of spares on their vehicles, over 96% of call outs are fixed on the first visit.
- We are familiar and fully trained in the repair of any commercial coffee machine we sell.
- Our engineers carry in their vehicles a spare service machine at all times, in the unlikely event that they are unable to fix your machine on site, then a service machine will be offered (subject to terms*), to ensure there is no lose to your business and the Coffee is kept brewing.
- Our engineers will respond to your service call within 24 hours from our company logging your call. Priority can be given if required and loss of business is being experienced.
* To qualify for a service espresso machine, should we be unable to repair your coffee machine on site, the client must be a coffee customer of Italian Aroma Coffee and have an account. Your espresso machine must be deemed by our technicians as completely unworkable on site and requires an off site repair back in our factory. The machine must not be producing any coffee.
